Job summary

Alvarez & Marsal in Seattle is seeking senior healthcare consultants to lead M&A engagements across healthcare providers and payers. You will oversee due diligence, integration planning, and value creation initiatives within A&M's Healthcare Industry Group.

This role emphasizes leadership, client management, and advanced financial modeling, with a focus on delivering measurable improvements while navigating complex regulatory and operational challenges.

Qualifications

• Minimum eight years of healthcare consulting or healthcare operations experience.
• Experience with M&A transactions and/or healthcare operations.
• Ability to work in high-pressure environments with stringent timelines.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead clients and internal teams through the full M&A lifecycle, including due diligence and integration planning.
• Develop hypotheses around value levers in M&A transactions.
• Conduct stakeholder interviews and rapid analysis of financial and operational data.
• Support Day 1 planning, operating model definition, and transaction execution.
• Communicate with clients and manage project teams and budgets.
