Quinault Community Health & Quinault Wellness Cent is seeking a Logistics Coordinator to organize and track supplies, orders, and shipments across locations. You will work with managers, staff, vendors, and carriers to ensure accurate processing and on-time delivery of materials for patient care.

Competenze

High School diploma or GED required.
3–5 years of experience in logistics, purchasing, inventory control, shipping and receiving, or related field.
Knowledge of purchasing, inventory management, shipping and receiving, and materials distribution.
Strong organizational and recordkeeping skills with attention to detail.
Ability to process orders, monitor supply levels, track shipments, and document activity.
Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines.
Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Ability to collaborate with vendors, carriers, managers, and staff across locations.
Proficiency with basic computer applications and inventory systems.

Mansioni

Coordinate and process approved supply and equipment orders for QCH and QWC.
Track purchase orders, confirmations, backorders, delivery dates, and shipments.
Communicate with vendors and internal departments about orders and fulfillment concerns.
Serve as central receiving point for packages, supplies, and deliveries.
Receive, inspect, label, document, and distribute incoming shipments accurately.
Verify quantities and correct any shortages or damaged goods.
Notify departments when orders arrive and coordinate pickup or delivery.
Maintain inventory records and monitor supply levels for central stores.
Coordinate movement of supplies between QCH and QWC locations as needed.
Prepare, package, label, and coordinate outgoing shipments and returns.
Track shipments and resolve shipping or delivery concerns with vendors.
