Option Care Health seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage the daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries and support inventory sourcing, purchasing, and compliance with policies.

You will work with PSRs and clinicians to meet patient needs, coordinate shipping, and minimize costs while maintaining product knowledge and accurate records. Travel up to 50% may be required.

Competenze

• Experience communicating verbally on the phone and in writing with diverse audiences.
• Basic level PC skills (start up/shut down, mouse control, file handling).
• Basic email skills and online communications.

Mansioni

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and establish relationships with clients.
• Communicates information to appropriate personnel and documents accordingly.
• Generates patient orders in the system and coordinates shipping schedules.
• Collaborates with Nurse and Pharmacist to ensure availability of patient supplies.
• Purchases supplies following procedures and sources cost effective products as directed.
• Minimizes freight costs and maintains accurate inventory.
• Maintains knowledge of products and their usage; supports inventory control.
• Participates in physical inventory and reports discrepancies, on-call as needed.
