Job summary

Quinault Community Health seeks a Clinical Applications Coordinator to support and optimize the electronic health record (EHR) systems and clinical applications across Quinault Community Health and Quinault Wellness Center. You will work with providers, dental services, behavioral health, and IT to ensure accurate documentation, efficient workflows, regulatory compliance, and high-quality patient care.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, health informatics, information technology, a clinical discipline, or a related field with 2+ years in patient care or healthcare operations.
Associate degree in a related field with at least five years in medical informatics or EHR/clinical application support.
Two years of experience as a daily user of TenEleven, AdvancedMD, Dentrix, or AthenaOne with demonstrated clinical workflow knowledge.

Responsibilities

Provide day-to-day troubleshooting for EHR navigation, templates, forms, documentation tools, and clinical workflows.
Improve workflows and promote consistent use of EHR tools across departments.
Coordinate EHR upgrades, new modules, interfaces, testing, and post-launch support.
Train providers and staff; create user guides and training materials.
Support reporting and data integrity with dashboards and data tools.
Coordinate with IT and vendors to communicate needs and coordinate resolutions.
Support security and privacy compliance (HIPAA, PHI safeguards).
Collaborate across departments to share knowledge and drive improvements.
