Job summary

HealthPartners in Minnesota seeks an Inventory Coordinator to manage clinic inventory and distribution, ensuring efficient workflow across departments. You will set up carts, par levels, and storage, conduct physical counts, and help prevent stockouts while coordinating with Nursing, Purchasing, and Value Analysis.

Two years in healthcare supply chain or related experience is preferred, with an Associates degree. Strong Excel/ERP skills and solid communication are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum two years’ experience in medical supply chain.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to be insured to drive per Park Nicollet standards.
• Fluent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficient with Excel, Word, Outlook and Lawson ERP.
• Ability to manage time and prioritize deadlines.
• Strong organizational skills and problem-solving ability.

Responsibilities

• Inventory setup for clinics and departments, coordinating with staff.
• Take physical inventory and identify obsolete items.
• Set up carts and permanent storage and par levels.
• Deliver supplies to hospital departments and assist with stock.
• Serve as liaison between nursing units, Purchasing, and Value Analysis.
• Follow up on back orders and substitutions with Purchasing.
• Assist with new product implementation and maintain stocking forms.
