Job summary

Option Care Health, Inc. seeks a Warehouse Coordinator to manage daily flow of clinical supplies between the pharmacy and nursing departments in Tukwila, WA. You will ensure timely, accurate deliveries and support inventory sourcing, purchasing and cycle counts.

You will coordinate with PSRs and clinicians, maintain compliance with policies and laws, and participate in on-call duties as needed. High school diploma required; travel up to 50% of the time.

Qualifications

• Strong communication skills to interact with clinicians, staff and vendors.
• Basic PC skills including emailing and using standard software.
• Willing to travel up to 50% of the time for business purposes.

Responsibilities

• Directs patient contact to ascertain supply needs and communicates with clinicians.
• Purchases supplies following correct procedures and sources cost-effective products.
• Maintains accurate inventory and participates in physical counts.
• Ensures confidentiality of patient and company information.
• Completes quality assurance forms and reports incidents as needed.
• Participates in on-call duties if required.
• Accepts other duties assigned by the General Manager.
