Job summary

UPS is seeking a Healthcare Account Executive to drive revenue growth across the Raleigh, Durham, and Greensboro markets in North Carolina. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with operations to meet special shipping needs.

You will analyze customer supply chain requirements, present tailored UPS solutions, and lead negotiations to expand contracted services across UPS product lines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or UPS internal candidate.
• Experience in healthcare account management is preferred.
• Ability to analyze customers’ supply chain needs and propose solutions.

Responsibilities

• Meet daily with customers to discuss needs, complaints, and documentation such as invoices.
• Analyze account history and shipping details to prepare effective sales calls.
• Collaborate with operations to implement accounts with special requirements (delivery schedules, extra drivers, etc.).
• Develop plans to expand revenue across all UPS product and service lines.
• Maintain relationships across customer organizations and negotiate contracts.
