ImageFIRST Healthcare Laundry Specialists is seeking a driven leader to manage staffing, onboarding, and development for Customer Advocates, while driving customer loyalty and growth initiatives. This role emphasizes coaching, policy implementation, and consistent high-quality service across the location.

You will coordinate training, oversee performance, and work with plant leadership to ensure operational excellence in linen services for healthcare facilities.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' advanced operational experience preferred (Route sales).
• Valid DOT medical certification or able to obtain one.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent managerial experience.
• Strong organizational and oral communication skills.
• Excellent leadership, interpersonal, motivational, and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Staffing the service department with competent, motivated personnel and ensuring the hiring process is followed.
• Oversee onboarding and ongoing training for Customer Advocates (CAs) and schedule training across the location.
• Coach and motivate CAs; implement service policies and conduct weekly one-on-ones.
• Drive Net Promoter and customer loyalty initiatives; address customer concerns and feedback.
• Track Net Promoter results and coordinate improvements with service leadership.
• Support renewal activities and growth targets with CAs; manage top accounts.
