ImageFIRST, the healthcare linen specialist, is seeking a Plant Manager to oversee daily operations at our Kent, WA facility. You will drive production scheduling, safety, quality, and continuous improvement to meet service goals and cost targets.

Lead a team of supervisors and maintenance staff, manage budgets, and partner with procurement and service teams to ensure timely delivery of products to healthcare facilities. Occasional travel of 10-15% for site visits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, manufacturing, or business administration.
• 5-7 years leadership in manufacturing plant management.
• Strong end-to-end understanding of manufacturing management including safety, delivery, quality, continous improvement, regulations, maintenance and/or facilities, and compliance management.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily plant operations and scheduling.
• Lead supervisors and maintenance staff.
• Ensure safety, environmental, quality, and regulatory compliance.
• Drive continuous improvement and Six Sigma initiatives.
• Oversee budgets and cost control at the plant level.
• Manage inventory with procurement and logistics.
• Prepare reports on performance metrics for senior management.
• Recruit and develop talent to ensure engagement and succession planning.
• Coordinate with service teams to ensure timely product delivery.
• Travel to other locations as needed (10-15%).
