Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience developing training materials including e-learning.
• Ability to coordinate training logistics and resources.
• Strong facilitation, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Experience delivering training for clinical or operational workflows and/or software.

Responsibilities

• Design role-based curricula and create e-learning modules and simulations.
• Deliver training to clinical and non-clinical audiences in various formats.
• Conduct needs assessments and measure learning outcomes.
• Partner with stakeholders to prepare for new workflows and technology changes.
• Maintain Epic training environment and stay current on system upgrades.
• Train and support supplemental trainers and go-lives.
• Maintain training documentation and governance.
• Analyze training data to evaluate effectiveness and adoption.
