Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience creating training, learning, or educational content across formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, and visual communication skills.
• Experience managing multiple content workstreams and review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with strategies and business objectives.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Collaborate with subject matter experts and governance resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Manage multiple content workstreams, plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review and improve content based on feedback and performance data.
