Job summary

LexisNexis Risk Solutions seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist to create high-quality learning and multimedia assets for Healthcare Client Engagement. You will translate learning strategies into engaging, audience-appropriate experiences and own the content-production workstream for assigned initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience in a relevant field.
• Experience developing training and educational content across multiple formats; healthcare experience preferred.
• Ability to translate complex information into clear learning resources and apply visual storytelling and accessibility standards.
• Experience managing multiple content workstreams and review cycles.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain learning, communication, and multimedia assets aligned with approved strategies, audience needs, and business objectives for the Healthcare Client Engagement team.
• Create courses, videos, job aids, presentations, guides, scripts, simulations, campaigns, and other enablement resources.
• Translate complex product, technical, process, and business information into clear, engaging content.
• Apply instructional design, adult learning principles, visual storytelling, brand, and accessibility standards.
• Partner with subject matter experts and creative resources to clarify requirements and guide production.
• Use approved AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency, consistency, and the learner experience.
• Manage concurrent content workstreams, including plans, milestones, dependencies, reviews, risks, and status updates.
• Review, improve, and modernize content using feedback, performance insights, quality standards, and program-defined measurement requirements.
• Support other markets, as needed.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.
