Job summary

Memorial Hermann Health System is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to design, deliver, and coordinate employee development programs across the organization, utilizing multiple modalities and the Learning Management System.

You will partner with leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs, manage logistics, and evaluate training outcomes to improve performance and patient care across facilities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred or 5+ years of equivalent work experience.
• 2+ years coordinating and delivering employee development programs.
• Experience facilitating training for frontline to leadership.
• Proficient with LMS and measurement of training outcomes.
• Healthcare experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate training to various audiences (frontline to leadership).
• Coordinate training logistics, enrollment, and resources.
• Develop and update training materials and job aids.
• Utilize LMS to track attendance and evaluate feedback.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify learning needs.
• Assess training effectiveness and prepare evaluations.
