Job summary

Regional West Health Services is seeking a Staff Development Coordinator to lead employee education, training, and professional development initiatives across our organization.

In this role, you'll partner with HR leaders to develop learning programs, coordinate competency initiatives, and foster a culture of continuous learning that supports employee growth, organizational success, and exceptional patient care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in a related field; Master's preferred.
• RN license preferred for clinical education roles; BLS within 6 months.
• Minimum 3–5 years healthcare education experience.
• Experience with LMS and competency management recommended.

Responsibilities

• Develop, coordinate, and deliver employee education and training programs.
• Assess learning needs and implement effective training solutions.
• Design and evaluate programs to promote growth and performance.
• Coordinate annual competency validation and mandatory training.
• Facilitate classroom, virtual, and hands-on learning experiences.
• Maintain training records and educational resources.
• Support leadership development and succession planning initiatives.
