Responsibilities

• Identify training opportunities and conduct needs assessments.
• Plan, develop, implement, coordinate and evaluate education programs.
• Provide instruction according to defined course outlines and target audience.
• Serve as a resource person in area(s) of expertise.
• Evaluate performance of course participants.
• Maintain program and fiscal records for reimbursement.
• Ensure safe care to patients, staff and visitors; adhere to policies and budgets.
