Qualifications

• Minimum five years nursing, allied health or related healthcare experience
• Bachelor's degree in nursing or other healthcare-related field required
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and interpersonal
• Proven ability to engage and collaborate with individuals from all roles
• Demonstrated experience implementing process improvements and leading teams
• Lean or Six Sigma certification within 6 months of start/date
