You will analyze data, document processes, and implement controls to optimize performance and reduce costs while coordinating with senior executives and physicians to drive change.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree required; Master’s preferred.
• 6+ years of relevant experience in engineering, healthcare, business, or related field.
• Expertise in data collection/analysis tools and methodologies.
• Lean Six Sigma and process improvement experience required.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to lead cross-functional teams.

• Manage and lead strategic initiatives with multiple projects and stakeholders.
