Qualifications

• Demonstrated application of Lean methodology to business workflow optimization with quantified results.
• High degree of competence in data analysis to identify actionable insights and opportunities.
• 1–2 years of experience in a healthcare process improvement role with quantified outcomes.
• Mandarin/Cantonese language ability preferred.

Responsabilités

• Manage project portfolio and collaborate with cross-departmental teams using Lean tools, change management, and data insights.
• Act as facilitator and project manager in multidisciplinary projects to develop and implement processes, balancing stakeholder priorities.
• Use data analysis methods to uncover operational insights and translate them into project designs and sustainment frameworks.
• Design KPI monitoring frameworks tailored to project or initiative needs.
