Job summary

Quest Diagnostics is seeking an Internal Account Manager to drive sales of laboratory diagnostic services through tele-sales and occasional in-person visits within a defined territory. You will partner with Account Executives to grow the business and manage a book of accounts generating up to $2,000 in monthly revenue.

Total earnings range is $85,000–$93,000 annually with potential annual bonuses; 1–3 years of healthcare experience preferred, Bachelor's degree required.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in Healthcare/Laboratory Industry or related field.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to generate and qualify leads and close opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales plan to grow accounts within the territory.
• Manage inquiries to minimize attrition and negative variance.
• Collaborate with field sales to pursue new business and assess growth opportunities.
• Drive sales through pre-call planning, follow-up, and post-call analysis.
• Source new opportunities via inbound/outbound calls and emails.
• Use information to enhance Quest Diagnostics market position and profitability.
