Responsibilities

• Accurately and efficiently cook meals for breakfast, lunch & dinner.
• Prepare and portion food, garnish plates and ensure proper plating.
• Act as liaison for the Dietary Manager in their absence to ensure meal prep and delivery.
• Clean the kitchen before and after service and clean all equipment.
• Manage inventory and assist with purchasing; rotate stock.
• Develop and adjust recipes and ensure compliance with standards.
• Handle last-minute requests for special events.
