Job summary

Prosum is seeking an IT Training Specialist to educate users on new technology and applications across healthcare settings. The role includes end-user and new-hire training, plus post-implementation optimization and remediation training in various formats including labs, eLearning, and webinars.

The candidate will develop instructional materials, manage training projects, and evaluate program effectiveness, with a hybrid schedule of roughly 70% onsite and 30% remote.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in a related field is required.
• 2–3 years of proven IT virtual and in-person training experience in a healthcare setting.
• Competency in Ambulatory and Inpatient Cerner clinical bundle.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience training business applications such as ServiceNow, Kronos, Lawson is a plus.
• Experience writing eLearning scripts is a plus.
• Hands-on experience creating training materials (guides, quick reference, videos).
• Hybrid work arrangement: ~70% onsite, 30% remote.

Responsibilities

• Deliver training using multiple formats (classroom, webinars, eLearning).
• Schedule classes considering room, equipment, and instructors.
• Create self-paced learning paths with video and audio content.
• Develop and update training manuals, guides, and course materials.
• Design training programs for new applications and hardware.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and materials for quality.
