Job summary

The Ohio State University is seeking a Senior IT Training & Optimization Analyst to drive training, adoption and optimization of integrated clinical information systems that support revenue cycle, clinical practice and administration.

You will coordinate and provide support for new and existing applications, lead redesign of workflows, analyze performance data, and partner with operational experts to identify opportunities for process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or related field and four years of technical education experience.
• Experience in education, staff development, or a clinical setting.
• Ability to review workflows and participate in system optimization.

Responsibilities

• Lead training design, delivery and evaluation for clinical and revenue cycle applications.
• Coordinate education for new and existing software upgrades.
• Analyze data to support operational efficiency and informed decisions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and end-user adoption.
