Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Healthcare, Nursing, Pharmacy, Allied Health, or a related field.
• 2 years of experience in Information Technology, clinical operations, or a combination of both.
• Strong communication skills and knowledge of hospital systems and workflows.
• Ability to troubleshoot technical issues and provide support to team members and end users.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with patient care services to support the planning, implementation, maintenance, and evaluation of clinical information systems.
• Provide support for new systems, software upgrades, and ongoing system optimization.
• Assist with analysis, design, testing, and implementation of clinical system solutions, including functional specifications and workflow assessments.
• Work with business partners, IT teams, and clinical staff to facilitate system adoption, support change management, and contribute to end-user training.
