Job summary

The Ohio State University seeks an IRP-IT Training & Opt Analyst to support classroom-based and technology-enabled training for clinical and operational staff at the Health System Shared Services. You will assist with training center operations, provide hands-on learning, and deliver end-user support for EMR applications, aiding usability testing and adoption of healthcare technologies.

Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Experience with Epic or other EMR systems.
Healthcare, informatics, education, training, or clinical background preferred.
Experience facilitating classroom activities or supporting adult learners.
Experience with usability testing, workflow analysis, or technology implementation projects.

Responsibilities

Assist with the daily operations of the training center and logistics of training programs.
Proctor nursing and clinical sessions to ensure completion of role-based training.
Provide guidance and support to learners during hands-on training and classroom activities.
Monitor learner progress and escalate training concerns or technical issues as appropriate.
Support usability testing activities for new technologies, workflows, and system enhancements.
Collaborate with trainers and informatics teams to ensure successful training delivery and adoption of healthcare technologies.
