The Ohio State University is seeking a Senior IT Training & Optimization Analyst to lead training, adoption and optimization for clinical information systems supporting revenue cycle and patient care. You will coordinate education, design delivery tactics, and evaluate outcomes for new and existing applications and upgrades.

Responsibilities include assessing workflows, analyzing performance and reporting data, and partnering with clinical/operational teams to drive end-user adoption and process

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a clinical or related field.
• Four years of technical education experience, with experience in education, staff development, or a clinical setting.

Responsibilities

• Plan, design, deliver and evaluate training for clinical/information systems.
• Coordinate and support new and current applications and software upgrades.
• Analyze workflows and data to identify opportunities for process improvement and end-user adoption.
• Assist in reviewing existing workflows and defining future state workflows.
