Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years managing customer-facing production support.
• Experience with healthcare payer platforms and Edifecs/MoveIt.
• Hands-on SQL and ITIL practices knowledge.
• Remote role with EST working hours; up to 5% travel.

• Manage operational excellence, SLA reporting, and incident resolution.
• Address Edifecs and EDI issues in production while driving customer priorities.
• Coordinate system maintenance and upgrades across multiple vendors.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree and 6+ years managing customer-facing production support.
• Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms and Edifecs/MoveIt.
• Hands-on SQL experience and working knowledge of ITIL practices.
• Remote role with working hours in Eastern Standard Time.
