Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking an IT Technical Operations Lead for remote US-based work. You will oversee technology delivery operations for a mid-size health payer environment, including enrollments, claims and payments systems, and vendor coordination.

Ideal candidates have 6+ years in production support, strong ITIL knowledge, experience with ServiceNow/Jira, and hands-on SQL, cloud exposure (AWS/GCP), and EDI familiarity.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree in a related field is required.
• Minimum 6 years’ experience in mid-to-large size production support.
• Strong experience with healthcare payer platforms (e.g., Facets, QNXT).
• Experience with service management, SLA tracking and customer reporting.
• Experience with SQL, cloud AWS/GCP desirable and ITIL practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage operational excellence for technology delivery.
• Generate SLA/operational reports for customers and management.
• Drive issue resolution and root cause analysis for incidents.
• Oversee day-to-day production support for a mid-size HealthPlan (enrollments, claims, adjudication, payments) and related vendors.
• Lead customer calls and priorities; prioritize daily events and issues.
• Manage incidents in JIRA/ServiceNow; coordinate change activities with multiple teams.
• Plan maintenance and upgrade events across vendors; handle customer escalation.
• Ensure health of production environments and SaaS delivery governance.
