Job summary

Syms Strategic Group (SSG) is seeking an Edifecs Platform Operations Lead for a 100% remote role focused on VA health programs. You will own Edifecs platform stability, oversee staffing, and drive the roadmap with cross-functional partners.

The role requires deep Edifecs experience, strong AWS skills, and the ability to work with architecture, vendor, and clinical teams to optimize EDI processing, security, and performance.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of EDIFECS architecture and transaction lifecycles.
• Extensive AWS cloud experience and EC2 sizing.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead Edifecs Platform Operations ensuring stability, scalability, and compliance.
• Provide technical oversight, staffing, and roadmap execution.
• Collaborate with product, architecture, vendor, and business teams.
• Configure and maintain Edifecs modules (XEServer, XEngine, TPMs).
• Assist EDI Analysts with building and optimizing processing rules and workflows.
• Manage JVM tuning, logging, and certificate lifecycle; support releases and patches.
