Job summary

HealthEdge is seeking a Senior Technical Services Engineer with 8+ years of experience supporting ETL processes and healthcare software systems. This fully remote role focuses on production support, troubleshooting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure reliable operations.

You will own diagnosis and resolution of production issues, optimize ETL pipelines processing large healthcare datasets, and work with customers and internal teams to deliver timely solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in technical services or related roles.
• Strong ETL and data integration experience.
• Proven expertise in Python, C#, Shell scripting, and SQL optimization.
• Experience with Airflow, Talend, Redis, and messaging/CI/CD tools.
