Job summary

Northside Hospital is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide hardware and software installation and support for end users across the hospital system. You will troubleshoot issues, document solutions, and maintain asset inventories.

The role requires strong analytical and communication skills, with experience in enterprise PC environments and healthcare settings preferred. On-site support across Georgia locations is expected.

Qualifications

• Two years' experience supporting PCs and technology.
• One year professional work experience supporting PC software and hardware for enterprise.
• Experience with standard OS and desktop apps (Windows, Office).
• Excellent analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Provides hardware and software installation and end-user support.
• Resolves end-user issues and documents knowledge base articles.
• Maintains inventory for Microsystems hardware across hospital facilities.
• Uses Northside protocols to build and maintain hardware.
