Laurel Lake Retirement Community, Inc. seeks a Tier 1 IT Support Technician to deliver first-line technical helpdesk support for residents and staff across Independent Living, Assisted Living, Skilled Nursing, and campus operations.

The role covers Windows/365 administration, device setup, and AV support, with emphasis on patient/resident care technology and HIPAA compliance. Strong customer service and documentation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field preferred.
• 1-3 years of technical support or help desk experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft Windows and Microsoft 365 environments; healthcare/long-term care experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support via phone, email, ticketing system, and in-person assistance.
• Troubleshoot hardware, software, network connectivity, and healthcare-specific technologies.
• Assist in configuring and deploying desktops, laptops, tablets, printers, and mobile devices.
• Support Microsoft 365 applications including Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, OneDrive, and SharePoint.
• Maintain security compliance (HIPAA) and asset records.
