Job summary

Community Health Centers is seeking an Information Technology Technician (I/II/III) to install, configure, and support IT infrastructure across multiple sites. You will handle help desk tickets, resolve hardware and software problems, and work closely with Tier 2 support to ensure service continuity.

Qualifications

Tier I requires a high school diploma or GED and basic computer operations experience.
Tier II requires higher level troubleshooting experience and at least two years in computer operations or one year in Tier I.
Tier III requires advanced troubleshooting with at least three years in a large mainframe facility or one year in Tier II.

Responsibilities

Set up and install IT resources including PC workstations, printers, scanners, phones, and peripherals.
Troubleshoot user problems with IT equipment and resources.
Assist with ticket-based help desk tasks and supervisor-directed work assignments.
Collaborate with Tier 2 support for escalated incidents until resolution.
Drive to various sites within the CHC service area as needed.
