Job summary

Des Moines Orthopaedics is seeking an IT Support Specialist to join a small IT team focused on end-user support. The role involves troubleshooting devices, supporting office applications, and assisting with patient-care technology in a healthcare setting.

Qualifications

Associate degree in a related technology field and 1+ year of professional IT experience providing customer support to end-users.
Ability to communicate calmly and provide reassurance to team members.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Provide end-user and provider IT support and troubleshoot devices and applications.
Handle IT requests and incidents, document actions, and work toward process improvements.
Assist with setup of user devices and applications and support Office 365, AD, and Citrix environments.
