• Set up and configure new workstations for staff.
• Assist with onboarding by creating user accounts and credentials.
• Coordinate small IT projects under VP of Informatics guidance.
• Document common issues and resolutions for knowledge sharing.
• Escalate complex issues to Tier 2 or management while maintaining HIPAA compliance.
