Qualifications

• 0–2 years of technology support experience preferred.
• Healthcare operations or help desk experience is a plus.
• Internship experience may be considered.

Responsibilities

• Provide first-level technical support for clinics, surgery centers, and administrative offices.
• Respond to incidents and service requests per standards.
• Troubleshoot Windows, Microsoft 365, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Assist users with software, application, and access issues.
• Escalate complex issues to senior staff when needed.
• Document troubleshooting steps and maintain accurate records.
