Qualifications
- High School Grad or Equiv (Required).
- Associate degree in computer technology preferred.
- CompTIA A+/Network+/Security+ and CCNA required in this role.
Responsibilities
- Provide on-site and remote support for consumer devices.
- Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware, software, and peripherals.
- Interact with customers to resolve technical problems.
- Meet SLA for incidents and requests and document solutions.
