Job summary

Move Vertical is seeking an IT Support Technician to provide frontline technical support for clinical and administrative staff across the health system. The role focuses on hardware, software, network, and peripheral troubleshooting in a fast-paced healthcare setting.

The ideal candidate will be dependable, customer-service oriented, and capable of assisting users with varying technical levels while safeguarding patient information under HIPAA guidelines.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Strong customer-service and communication skills.
• Experience with troubleshooting Windows computers.

Responsibilities

• Provide Tier 1 and basic Tier 2 technical support to healthcare employees and staff.
• Troubleshoot desktop PCs, laptops, monitors, printers, scanners, and mobile devices.
• Install, configure, deploy, and replace computers and IT equipment.
• Troubleshoot Windows OS and common business applications.
• Assist users with password resets and Microsoft 365 applications.
• Support network connectivity and peripheral devices.
• Document troubleshooting steps and resolutions in the ticketing system.
• Escalate complex issues to IT teams as needed.
