• Assist with deployment of new hardware or software in the hospital.
• Install, configure, and maintain desktop hardware and software applications.
• Maintain inventory of IT assets including licenses and peripherals.
• Perform system updates and patches to keep systems secure.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on desktops, laptops, tablets and peripherals.
• Coordinate with vendors for hardware repair or replacement.
• Assist with setup and maintenance of network components (routers, switches, WLAN).
• Troubleshoot network connectivity and escalate as needed.
• Educate staff on security best practices and use of firewalls/antivirus.
