You will coordinate workflows, track timelines, and ensure compliance with contracts and policies. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years of healthcare experience, with advanced MS Office skills including Excel and PowerPoint.

Qualificações

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum of 3 years of healthcare industry experience.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, with strong Excel data-tracking and PowerPoint presentation skills.

Responsabilidades

• Partner with management to document and improve operational workflows across 20 primary care locations.
• Support leadership in program planning, development of SOPs and policies.
• Track project performance against timelines and targets; ensure quality assurance across departments.
• Coordinate recruitment workflows, interview schedules, and candidate selection processes.
• Assist with onboarding of new fellows and orientation, ensuring compliance with contracts.
• Manage complex calendars and schedule high-level meetings; optimize leadership’s daily schedule.
• Provide project management support for NP Fellowship program and related initiatives.
• Record, finalize and distribute minutes; attend meetings across clinical and administrative teams.
• Conduct site visits and monitor inventory and supplies across locations.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment and communicate effectively.
