Phelps Health is seeking an IT Technical Support Intern to gain hands-on experience in supporting IT operations within a fast-paced healthcare IT environment. You will interact with clinical and administrative staff, help log issues, and contribute to efficient issue resolution.

You will assist in triaging requests, support Windows 11 upgrade activities, and collaborate with experienced IT technicians on hardware and software troubleshooting, gaining practical experience for future roles.

Qualificações

• High School Diploma required.
• Enrollment in IT program preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct rounds on hospital floors to engage with end-users and gather details about issues.
• Log and document issues in the IT ticketing system with clear descriptions.
• Assist triaging requests and communicate details to IT team.
• Support Windows 11 upgrade projects, including software deployments and user training.
• Work with IT technicians to troubleshoot hardware and software issues.
• Assist with IT initiatives and projects as assigned by the team.
• Contribute to IT knowledge base by documenting common issues and solutions.
