You will assist with the Windows 11 upgrade project, participate in software deployments and user training, and work alongside seasoned IT technicians to learn problem-solving in a real-world environment.

Qualifications

• Foundational understanding of computer hardware, software, networking, and Windows operating systems.
• Experience in customer service is preferred.
• Pursuing IT-related education or certification as part of your development plan.

Responsibilities

• Conduct rounds on hospital floors to identify IT issues and gather user feedback.
• Log and document issues in the ticketing system with clear details.
• Assist triage of support requests and communicate details to IT team.
• Support Windows 11 upgrade projects, including software deployments and user training.
• Collaborate with IT technicians to troubleshoot hardware and software problems.
• Assist with IT initiatives and projects as assigned.
• Help develop and maintain the IT knowledge base.
