Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years in an IT-related field or customer service role.
• Experience installing/troubleshooting MS Office, Windows Server, and SaaS products (Google Suite, Dropbox).
• Experience with security products like endpoint protection and anti-virus/malware software.
• Proficiency in supporting both macOS and Windows 11.

Responsibilities

• Provide IT support to employees and stakeholders across hardware, software, and AV systems.
• Manage user accounts including onboarding/offboarding.
• Maintain computer systems, printers, and peripherals; track inventory.
• Support and report to IT Operations Manager on critical initiatives.
• Maintain conference room tech and AV equipment; support remote/onsite/hybrid users.
