Job summary

KanTime Inc. is seeking a Solutions Specialist in Plano, TX to deliver compelling product demonstrations and respond to inquiries from prospective customers.

You will present KanTime software in person and via webinar, tailoring content to the audience and staying current on features, interoperability, and benefits of the KanTime system. You will work with sales reps to explore customer needs, participate in discovery visits, and support RFP/RFI processes.

Qualifications

• Associates or Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
• 2–3 years experience in home health care setting is preferred.
• Strong presentation skills and product demonstration experience.
• Strong customer service skills, including timely response to inquiries or complaints.
• Ability to absorb and convey highly technical information, including detailed documentation.
• General understanding of home health, hospice, and reimbursement.
• Willingness to travel ~30% to demonstrate to clients onsite and attend trade shows.
• Time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks.
• Must be a team player.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and information technology.

Responsibilities

• Provide sales demonstrations (on-site and via webinar) with territory reps for KanTime modules and features.
• Assist with sales discovery visits and tailor presentations to prospective customers.
• Participate in Sales & Marketing meetings; present product features and updates; provide input on sales activities.
• Provide RFP/RFI assistance.
• Spend time at customer locations to understand financial, clinical, and operational needs.
• Keep up to date with financial and clinical processes, state regulations, and KanTime releases.
• Serve as SME to clients and internal teams; advise on trends and challenges in EMR needs.
• Attend conferences/exhibitions; meet clients/prospects; demonstrate KanTime solutions.
• Assist in maintaining sales databases with clinical and financial data for demos.
