Job summary

ModMed is hiring a Software Support Specialist I to join our Client Services team focused on providing best-in-class software support to our EMR users. This hybrid role is based in Boca Raton, FL.

You will deliver exceptional client experiences, be assigned to either Clinical or Practice Management Support with comprehensive training, and collaborate across teams to resolve issues while documenting problems for escalation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 1-2 years of related experience.
• Manage/field 25+ inbound calls per day.
• Onsite 3 days a week if local.
• Experience evaluating, troubleshooting, and following up on customer software issues.
• EMR/medical practice experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional client experience by identifying needs and issues and guiding issues to resolution.
• Be placed on Clinical or Practice Management Support team with comprehensive training.
• Provide professional, high-quality client support.
• Establish procedures to ensure client satisfaction and quality service delivery.
• Collaborate across teams to help resolve issues.
• Replicate and document issues for escalation.
