ModMed is seeking a Software Support Specialist I to join our Client Services team in Boca Raton. You will deliver exceptional client support, identify and document client needs, and guide issues to resolution while collaborating with clinical and practice management teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in our Boca Raton office and remote work as needed. 1–2 years in software support and EMR familiarity are preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills

• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a medical practice or EMR is a plus.

This position is a hybrid role and is based in our Boca Raton, FL office.Your Role:Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues, answering incoming inquiries, effectively applying problem-solving techniques, educating clients, and following issues through to their successful resolution.Based on your experience and the department's needs, you will be placed on either the Clinical or Practice Management Support team.
