Job summary

ModMed is seeking a Software Support Specialist I to join our Client Services team in Boca Raton. You will deliver exceptional client support, identify and document client needs, and guide issues to resolution while collaborating with clinical and practice management teams.

The role is hybrid, requiring on-site presence in our Boca Raton office and remote work as needed. 1–2 years in software support and EMR familiarity are preferred, with strong communication and time-management skills

Qualifications

• Bachelor Degree preferred.
• 1–2 years of related experience.
• Experience in a medical practice or EMR is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver an exceptional client experience by identifying and documenting client needs and issues.
• Answer incoming inquiries and apply problem-solving techniques to resolve issues.
• Provide consistent, professional, high-quality client support across departments.
• Replicate and document issues for escalation and follow-up.
