Job summary

Winslow Indian Health Care Center seeks an experienced PC Technician to maintain and support computer systems in a healthcare setting. You will install and upgrade PCs, manage software and peripherals, and assist users with password resets and AD/EMR access.

Strong customer service, troubleshooting, and teamwork are essential, with potential weekend coverage and a focus on data confidentiality and patient care.

Qualifications

Associate Degree in Computer Science or related field or CompTIA A+ with 1+ year IT experience.
Healthcare IT experience preferred; bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background check.

Responsibilities

Maintain regular attendance and punctuality.
Provide PC/hardware and software support for clinical and non-clinical systems.
Install, configure, and maintain PCs and software packages; upgrade as needed.
Assist with password resets and user IDs in Active Directory and EMR/EHR.
Document solutions and manage tickets via Helpdesk system from open to close.
Collaborate with end-users and train on software and processes.
Assist in ensuring 24/7 IT service availability, including weekend coverage.
