Qualifications

• Requires Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, IT or related field or CompTIA A+.
• Minimum of 1 year of IT experience; 2+ years in healthcare IT preferred.
• Bilingual English and Navajo preferred.
• Valid driver’s license (unrestricted and insurable).
• Background check and ICPFVP Act background requirements apply.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure and maintain PCs and clinical/non-clinical software.
• Provide end-user support and training on software and hardware.
• Manage password resets and user IDs in Active Directory and EMR/EHR.
• Document solutions in the Helpdesk system and close tickets.
• Ensure 24/7 availability of IT services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality of privileged information.
