Job summary

Winslow Indian Health Care Center is seeking an experienced PC Technician to support clinical and non-clinical IT systems in an Ambulatory Care environment. The role involves installing and maintaining PCs, software, and basic network functions, with a focus on end-user support and security of patient data.

The ideal candidate has an Associate degree or CompTIA A+ certification and at least one year of IT experience, with Navajo-English bilingual skills preferred.

Qualifications

• Associate’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or related field or Comp TIA A+ Certification and a minimum of one year of experience in Information Technology required.
• A minimum of two years of progressively responsible Information Technology and customer support in a health care environment is preferred.
• Bilingual skills in English and Navajo language preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintains general attendance and punctuality.
• Troubleshoot issues and document solutions using the Helpdesk system.
• Install, configure, and maintain PCs and clinical/non-clinical software upgrades.
• Provide end-user support for software, computers, scanners, printers.
