Job summary

Qualifications

• Experience with IT infrastructure management, Group Policy, SCCM, antivirus platforms, and backup systems
• Supervisory experience managing Tier 1-2 IT support staff and overseeing help desk operations
• Knowledge of disaster recovery planning and IT continuity of operations
• Ability to work independently, maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive health information
